I have now the information from both the places, the one at west Jytland I think will be to exspensive due to that we dont know the number of people that want to join in at the summer POW-WOW.

So this is what I have agreed with the "Sheriff" at the Wester Camp.

For Camping and Prairiecabin in week 25 (sat. to sat.) we will get 50% off normale prices, see here.

And then we can have the Saloon for the meeting and "work" from there with the computers and laptops if any one like that. But, not on friday, due to fest that evening. (there will be a fee for powersupplie).
There are the option for wireless internet via Telia HomeRun all over the camp at about € 24 for 7 days or € 16 for 24 hours per computer. I can bring a server and a switch, if needed, just let me know.

By the option for the discount, it's then possible for each familly to stay together in one cabin or in a tent, or a couple of guy's to stay together in one cabin or tent.

For the planning of breakfast, lunch and dinner, we have to find out how we all want to do that, e.g. we can agree to eat dinner in the evening together, and breakfast can be eaten when ever you get up/out of bed, and lunch during the day if the family want to go to the beach or something like that. Or we can make it all together, what ever you will like, just let me know!! ( I proberly have to buy some grooseries then)

If we want to stay together in one big house, the Largehouses, the Sheriff, will make us an offer for that, but then we need to know how many people that will come and join the POW-WOW, due to which house ( size) it will be.

The Western Camp is near Rødby, a 10 min. drive in car, whit ferry from Puttgarden.

INFO NEEDED:

Will it suit You in week 25, from saturday to saturday.
Who will come, and how many (familly, wife, girlfriends/boyfriends)
How will you like to stay, cabin or tent.
Are You doing the booking your self, payment can be done via credit card, or shall I help you with the booking?
Do you need transport help from Rødby ferry and to the Western Camp.
Will You like us all to eat together for all meals, or what ?

The POW-WOW Summer 2008 are cancled this year!!

I hope that we can try again next year, orif somebody else will like to setup an POW-WOW at any other time.
