Update RC2b to RC3 failure

I did everything as described in the upgrade scriot. My previous version was rc2b. Now I am at the point

enable debug in /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf and run the request manager manually. But please oben a new thread with the topic rc2b to rc3 and post there what the request manager throws out ^^

Hat sich erledigt. Es war keine EMail als Admin angegeben, daher wollte apache nicht starten. Funzt jetzt alles (soweit ich das sehen kann).

Means:
apt-get install libnet-libidn-perl

was the solution. It would be helpful if the install/update script would check if the module Net/LibIDN.pm is installed.
