Error during install

ok, ill try upgrading to 7.10 and see how that goes

Ok so i have ubuntu 7.10 setup and i installed ispconfig to test it and it worked great...

i uninstalled ispconfig as i didnt like it and when i run the installer for this i am presented with the following error:


CRITICAL ERROR: Module [MIME::Entity] WAS NOT FOUND !

CRITICAL ERROR: Module [MIME::Parser] WAS NOT FOUND !

CRITICAL ERROR: Module [Crypt::CBC] WAS NOT FOUND !

CRITICAL ERROR: Module [Crypt::Blowfish] WAS NOT FOUND !

CRITICAL ERROR: Module [Crypt::PasswdMD5] WAS NOT FOUND !

CRITICAL ERROR: Module [Term::ReadPassword] WAS NOT FOUND !

Modules [MIME::Entity, MIME::Parser, Crypt::CBC, Crypt::Blowfish, Crypt::PasswdMD5, Term::ReadPassword] WAS NOT FOUND in your system...

and this is after i run the # perl ./ispcp-setup command

Im thinking this is because i didnt add a repository to my sources.list but i i didnt know which one to add.

Any help would be appreciated

you have to install the needed perl modules....

which makefile did you use? i had problems with the ubuntu file. With the default makefile it works much better...

and what modules do i need to install? and how?

Theres a INSTALL document delivered with ispcp

Don't use 3rd party HowTo's. These howto's are not up2date!!!
