All subdomains suddently redirect to parent site?

I'm having this new and strange problem, it seems that a part of my configuration is no longer active...

I have a number of subdomains configured that where running perfectly before, and now after some system maintenance all the subdomains display the parent/htdocs website instead of the parent/subdomain/htdocs/ content

I checked the dns entry and it's unaltered, but don't quite know what might be causing this issue?

Strange detail: admin.server.com does still work, but all other subdomains are no longer working.

When i look at my apache2/sites-enabled/ispcp.conf there is no record of any of the subdomains (except for the admin.domain.com)? They are listed in the admin panel though...

Well - semms to be messed up. The question is why?

You have some ispcp-backups of the apache config. You could need them to add the vhosts in the apache-ispcp.conf.
Or try this: set the status-field in the ispcp-DB of all domains to "change" and let the request manager run.

Where do i find those backups? (assuming they are created automatically?)

When i delete and then recreate a subdomain it's working again. it's a possibility but would require me to manually re-import all files and databases after backing them up...

/var/www/ispcp/backup

and the custome files should also be backed up - maybe this helps to...

Also try the one with the "status" in the ispcp table

I was able to fix the issue by putting back a backup of the ispcp.conf files in apache2/sites-available

So that fixed the issue for now.

Still i'm very curious to find out what might have caused the issue... :/

well - what do you mean with "system maintenance"?

I did update a few components and installed some new apps with apt-get, but i didn't notice any of the installers referencing the apache configuration...
