domain status unknown

Hi there,

I have searched through the forum (including the german corner) and can't find anything that helps at the moment.

Basicaly when I add a domain it will only show up as Status Unknown. Nothing gets added into any ispcp.conf files or anything. Can anyone please point me in the direction of where to look to find what may be causing it.
I have attached a screenshot of the status.

What is with logs? What say's the debugger, which OS, which ispCP Version?

Is the ispcp_deamon running? If you don't know please post the output of "ps -A" as root user.
