[SOLVED] Postfix's main.cf parameter smtpd_sasl2_auth_enable

Can't find that configuration option neither in the output of postconf nor in the postfix configuration parameters. Can someone explain what it does?

Well - the two variables (see ticket) cannot be found in the actual documentation.

The _sasl2_ thing cannot be found even in archives, the "program_directory" seems to having been kicked already before 2002 - so I'd say in the distributions from today this should not arise anymore...
