Delete user manually
Hi,

on the first startup of ispCP, i added a user, but i could not login!

Then i saw that ispDaemon was not started. So i started it.

I added another user and everything was good, but the old user still has problems.

Now if i want to switch to the user with admin interface:
Quote:User does not exist or you do not have permission to access this interface!
If i want to login with the domain, there's only a countdown in loginscreen

Is there a possibility to delete this user manually or readd this user or something?

Thank you for your help...

EDIT:
Debian
RC5 (not nightly)

RE: Delete user manually
Hi,

I think before you can delete the user the status must be ok (read this around here ^^)
so you should go to your www/ispcp/engine/ directory and do ./ispcp-rqst-mngr
then study the log files Smile somewhere there should be the solution to get the status OK.

then delete Smile

RE: Delete user manually
enable debug in your ispcp.conf first. (located in /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf)

and then run the rqst manager. Post the errors here if you get some. If not, change the status of the domain with a error to toadd, and run the manager again.
