Replacing ProFTPD by PureFTPD

Hello ispCP Omega dev team,

I admire the great work you have done so far on this Open Source software.

Don't you think it would be more interesting in the future to run the FTP services of ispCP Omega with PureFTPD rather than with ProFTPD?

I am in full agreement about moving away from proftpd.

I would recommend vsftpd over pureftpd. Either way, I am +1 on moving away from proftpd. Despite the constant tweaking to the settings, I am still not 100% comfortable with it.

My gripe with proftpd, is it keeps disconnecting and timing out - sometimes midway through a transaction. It would force me to reconnect and retry the transaction again for it to work.
