Hi there,
is there any way to adjust the ispCP settings or a patch that all new databases are created as utf-8?

Hello!

Write 'default-character-set=utf8' in the mysqld config, the [client] and the [mysqld] section.

Maybe this needs to be fixed in trunk if this is not the default option?
