User unknown in virtual mailbox table
Hi,

I have a new setup of ISPCP (all updated) and I've been adding some e-mail forwards that are not working.

Quote:This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

aj@massivelan.com
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<aj@massivelan.com>:
host mail.massivelan.com [66.71.246.144]: 550 5.1.1 <aj@massivelan.com>:
Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

I will include the SQL entry for the account:
Quote:*************************** 1. row ***************************
mail_id: 21
mail_acc: aj
mail_pass: _no_
mail_forward: [FORWARD_OMITTED]
domain_id: 1
mail_type: normal_forward
sub_id: 0
status: ok
mail_auto_respond: 0
mail_auto_respond_text:
quota: 10485760
mail_addr:

any help would be appreciated thank you!

RE: User unknown in virtual mailbox table
is the address listed in /etc/postfix/ispcp/aliases ?
is the domain listed in /etc/postfix/ispcp/domains ?

you have added the mail account in ispcp? ;-)

RE: User unknown in virtual mailbox table
Well, the .db files aren't regenerated, why this could be is beyond me, though. You can try to manually do it or delete and readd the address in ispcp. Is the ispcp daemon running?
