ok, ich kann per POP3 e-mails empfangen und senden.

Ich hätte da noch eine frage:

für was sind die folgenden Zeilen in der main.cf??

wenn dir gefällt was da steht mach es rein und wenn nicht mach es raus...

du musst doch selber wissen was du auf deinem server laufen haben willst ;-) (Ich würde es dir empfehlen...)
die kommt schon noch an geduld... falls das beschleunigen willst schau dir mal das howto selective greylisting im howto forum an...
