[SOLVED]Maintenance mode is always ENABLE

Hello!
I have to thank creators for this free product

But i have a problem with "Maintenance mode" on the page "System tools -> Maintenance mode". I disable it, but it left in "Maintenance mode". It means only administrators may enter in panel.

Please tell me why it is and what i have to do to disable it.

Did you done the Database Update when you logged in as Admin in the ispCP gui ?
