Language Pack Français

Bonjour, j'ai installé ISPCP, mais quand je vais dans l'onglet "Language", seul Anglais est disponible.
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider?

Re bonjour.
J'ai installé ISPCP en local pour tester.
Quelques bugs cependant :
-Après l'installation, en me rendant sur http://127.0.0.1, j'obtiens : "404 not found : / was not found on this server" (l'erreur d'apache) (l'accès par http://192.168.0.6 fonctionne)
-Impossible de mettre en français
-Proftpd ne veux pas se lancer indiquant une erreur de configuration, je modifie la configuration en commentant chacune des lignes posant problème (SQL),
-Proftpd se lance, mais rien à faire, il n'accepte aucun utilisateur ftp ajouté.
-Voici la liste de ce qui est DOWN :

Quelqu'un peut m'aider à régler les problèmes? (je suis sur Ubuntu 9.04)
