RE: Problem with Proftd
hm.

Just to be sure...
in your posted proftpd.conf you have this

Quote:<IfModule !mod_sql_mysql.c>
/IfModule>
<IfModule !mod_sql_mysql.c>
LoadModule mod_sql_mysql.c
</IfModule>

there's an error... (second/third line... or first+second line)

RE: Problem with Proftd
I tried those lines in the configuration file and I have not found more, but I get now

Starting ftp server: proftpd - Fatal: <IfModule>: unclosed <IfModule> context on line 230 of '/ etc / proftpd / proftpd.conf'
failed!

I check and recheck the configuration file but it's all affixed, in the same file to the modules
solved the problem of unclosed, but does not connect to ftp, I get the same error

- ProFTPD 1.3.1 (stable) (built Fri Feb 27 20:37:52 UTC 2009) standalone mode STARTUP
- FTP session requested from unknown class
l - FTP session closed.
