howto create custom menu

I try to Create Custom menu by click Settings > custom menus and add

Button name --> Munin
Button link --> http://domain.tld/munin
Button target --> http://domain.tld/munin
Show in --> Administrator level

and then click save
but Invalid target!
I try to change any URL but can't success to create custom menu.
please, help me.

just put "top" as the target (without quotes).

and I try _top, _blank, _parent, _self
it can use !!
i just understand this text box can use only target frame parameter.
