Domain user sending mail problem

Quick question.

Does the default install of ISPCP have any spam blacklist list checks built in?

I have a user who is accessing their email account via pop3 and their ADSL router public IP address is on a spam black list.

Could this affect sending of mail via SMTP?

They can collect pop3 email but not send.

I just want to eliminate the possibility that ISCP has some built in check before troubleshooting further.

ispcp itself: no, but the installation of ispcp does set on the one hand postgrey and the policyd-weight daemon on the other to be used by postfix.
The second of them uses some RBL checking.

But if you use SMTP Auth (and on Port 587) then you always can send mails.

in ispcp smtp auth *is* activated.
You need to setup the mail client correctly!
