Updated CentOS Instructions and Files

Since I don't seem to have create permissions on Trac, I'm posting my updates here.

These are changes for CentOS with updated instructions and a ProFTPd configuration fix.

Diff is attached, from the 1.0.3 branch, but this should probably be integrated with trunk as well.

The installation instructions are very different from the previous, I just made some minor changes to the wiki entry.

Found a typo in the repository version, amavis-new needs to be amavisd-new.
