problems with mails with the update.

Hi to everybody.

Few days ago, I update my ispCP with the help of nuxwin, all correct. But today a few users say me have a problems with the mails account. Every mails need update the password or do not enter in it (i need change all my mail accounts and i verify this fail)

But now i have other problem.. in a few account the users have error in a few mails.. they dont update, have a error.. but i dont know what.

Any idea?

Hello ;

Easy solution :

Go to the ispcp database (via pma), change the field status of the related mail account (see users_mail table) to ok and after it, remove and recreate the account from the panel.

Before, backup the related maildir directory and restore it after if necessary.

I had same problem. Since I have small qty of mailboxes I just changed all passwords.
