i've added language support feature
for the moment we have : English, Romanian, German(thanks to Peter)
if somebody wants to translate give me a hollow, i'll provide the lng file

UPDATE :

language finished for the operator & admin interface!

i'm adding the client(s) panel (already W.I.P.) also with language support - separate from main interface (client setting)

i'm hopping everything will be finished till 10'th this month
so we can test it before announcing the stable version

PS : i've also added
- item delete - witch was missing
- client delete (billing only, ispcp users deletion process will be followed through ISPCP Pannel) - witch was also missing
