That's the logs from /tmp

/tmp# cat ispcp-update-customers.log

/tmp# cat ispcp-update-database.log

/tmp# cat ispcp-update-services.log
This site is already enabled!

Only the service logs have information

RE: URGENT Update error 1.0.3 --> 1.0.4
With the debugging enabled, execute:
Code:
/etc/init.d/ispcp_daemon stop
perl /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr
/etc/init.d/ispcp_daemon start

And paste us the output please.

RE: URGENT Update error 1.0.3 --> 1.0.4
No working good.

First apache dont start, i try start manually and get this error :

ks202641:/var/www/ispcp/engine/setup# /etc/init.d/apache2 start
Starting web server (apache2)...Syntax error on line 45 of /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/fcgid_ispcp.conf:
Invalid command 'MaxRequestsPerProcess', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
failed!

I modify the file and commet the line 45 "
/etc/apache2/mods-enabled/fcgid_ispcp.conf 500" and restart apache and now start fine.

Now when I try access or make some action in the control panel I get this error :

Warning: Directory /var/www/ispcp/gui/include/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer not writable, please chmod to 777 in /var/www/ispcp/gui/include/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer.php on line 160

Warning: Directory /var/www/ispcp/gui/include/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer not writable, please chmod to 777 in /var/www/ispcp/gui/include/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer.php on line 160

Warning: Directory /var/www/ispcp/gui/include/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer not writable, please chmod to 777 in /var/www/ispcp/gui/include/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer.php on line 160

I try chmod 777 for the file and for the folder but i have the same error.

Any idea?

RE: URGENT Update error 1.0.3 --> 1.0.4
chmod 777 is not a good idea.
since apache/php should run with user privileges, the rights should stay only for user vu2000.

But if you run php with mod_php, then maybe chmod 777 is the only option.

try to run set-gui-permissions from the engine/setup folder.

And search the forum about "MaxRequestsPerProcess" - ithink we had this (line 45) somewhere...

RE: URGENT Update error 1.0.3 --> 1.0.4
Ok I run the set-gui-permission and solved the problemas with the permissions.

For the MaxRequestsPerProcess the only solution is upgrade, but is impossible for me, becouse is a production machine, I comment the line and working.

Thx for all
