Error when reenabling someones account

My Englisch isn´t best, i try it again:
Log into the server (ssh, console..) and move the directory "htdocs.disabled to htdocs" -> mv htdocs.disabled htdocs. Then login to ispcp an click activate. It will fail. Click on SystemTools, then Debugger. There should be 1 error waiting. click on the link "change" - it should return 250. Then click on debugger again and scroll down on the page. There should 1 Daemon Request waiting. Execute it. Now the Website is active again.
