enables users to change their email password

i using ispCP 1.0.4 OMEGA on Ubuntu, my users needs change their email password on webmail.

There are two ways to achieve this:

1. Using a Squirrelmail plugin.
2. Using the password changer addon, that also allows users to change their ftp/sql passwords.
