Backup software

Hello,

I wonder what kind of backup software everyone has to their machines/ispCP?

Before i had Rsync to antoher disk on the system with the dd command, anyone have any better apps?

I use Duply (with duplicity) : http://sourceforge.net/projects/ftplicity/

It seems to be like rsync. What about ahsay backup? anyone tested that?
