Okay, but for now I will just uncomment eacc:
Edit: /etc/ispcp/fcgi/parts/php5/php.ini
And comment out these lines:
;[eAccelerator]
;eaccelerator.cache_dir = "{WWW_DIR}/{DMN_NAME}/phptmp"

If I edit /etc/php5/conf.d/eAccelerator.ini and change from 1 to 0 "eaccelerator.enable", is not the same?

I apply the patch and the problem still exist evermore. But is a little better.

Have you any solutions?

I solved it by installing the 0.9.5.3 version that works very fine and has not given me any problems.
