Domain anlegen funktioniert nicht

Hi,

ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen. Haben unseren Server komplett neu installiert. Anderes Distro drauf (vorher Debian - jetzt Gentoo) und nun ispcp installiert (Hatten vorher vhcs2). Nachdem wir der Installationsanleitung gefolgt sind, hat diese auch reibungslos funktioniert. Leider klappt das anlegen von Domains (Benutzern) nicht. Hab mitlerweile mehrmals probiert, zwischendurch auch mal die DB bereinigt und nen kompletten reboot gemacht. Hilft alles nichts. Der Status der angelegten Domains bleibt immer bei "Wird angelegt..." hängen.
Komisch ist auch, dass wenn ich eine anzulegende Domain versuche zu löschen, der Fehler "Falsche Domain-ID!" kommt. Obwohl es im zugehörigen domain Table der ispcp Datenbank eine mit dem Lösch-Link übereinstimmende ID gibt.
Könnt ihr mir einen Tipp geben, wo ich anfangen könnte den Fehler zu suchen? Wo befinden sich die Log-Files wo ggf drin steht, woran es hapert.

Wäre klasse wenn mir einer helfen könnte.

vermutlich läuft der ispcp daemon nicht, starte den mal manuell:

/var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr

ob die domains dann status ok kriegen.

Warum? ispCP wird eigentlich ausschliesslich für Debian programmiert,
die anderen Distro unterstützungen kommen eigentlich von der Community.

Haben uns für Gentoo entschieden, weil mein Kollege im privaten ausschließlich Gentoo benutzt.

Leider führte das nicht zu einem Status_OK - nachwievor steht der status auf "Wird angelegt...".

Im Ordner /var/log/ispcp/ gibts irgendwie nichts vernünftiges zu finden. Sind zwar einige files vorhaden, aber die meinste sind leer.
Gibt einige "ispcp_daemon-stderr.log.1285668045" und "ispcp_daemon-stdout.log.1285668045" files. Immer abwechselnd - sind aber sonst leer. Was haben die zu bedeuten?

Bin leider nachwievor nicht schlauer geworden.

du hast doch hier eine fehlermeldung mit anghaben zu logs schau doch mal in die logs...
Gentoo privat ok, wie erwähnt ist ispCP besser mit debian zu nutzen, die geschmecker gehen auseinander aber Debian ist so ziehmlich das beste Server OS...

Ein verwendetes Perl package wurde im Zuge der ispcp install nicht mitinstalliert. daher hat es nicht funktioniert. Geht jetzt alles. Vielen dank für die Hilfe - Erledigt

Hey, ich möcht das hier noch nicht ganz beendigt sehen hab genau das selbe Problem, verwende allerdings Debian Lenny (2.6.18-028stab070.2)
Hab noch die Version 1.0.4

Bei mir kommt eben auch beim anlegen einer Domain nur der Status "Addition in progress":

@Lumio, mal an ein Upgrade gedacht? Das wäre sicherlich die einfachste Alternative

Zumal es dann nicht nur gehen "würde" sondern gleich die Sicherheit und Funktionalität erhöht wird.
