install the ntp package and get the time from the internet or use the date command and maybe hwclock (to also set the system/BIOS clock).

If you have need for accurate time, I highly suggest getting ntp set up. It's not too hard to configure, just make sure to use the NTP pool servers. Please see How do I use pool.ntp.org? for information on setting that up.

i have install tzdata
i dpkg-reconfigure tzdata to Asia/Taipei,but time can not synchronize .
I USE DEBIAN5,BUT DEBIAN 4 CAN USE tzdata TO synchronize TIME

Linux usually keeps the system clock as UTC and converts it for display. Unless you are multibooting with an OS that can't do this (Windows, etc), you should follow this standard.
