php.ini affecting net2ftp

Can somebody tell me which php.ini is affecting settings for filemanager net2ftp? I need to change the max upload size, but cannot find the php.ini to change this setting

I think you should look at:
/var/www/fcgi/master/php5/php.ini

After changing the value /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
