rootkit log error? infected..

Hello guys

I have a small "problem" well not really, but i'm curious to what makes this error come:

i was checking everything after update to 1.0.7 from RC1/2 i think.

Checking `bindshell'... INFECTED (PORTS: 465)
Checking `lkm'... You have 1 process hidden for readdir command
You have 1 process hidden for ps command
chkproc: Warning: Possible LKM Trojan installed

Does this mean somthing bad?
