ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

Estimada comunidad, el problema es el siguiente:
Al intentar ingresar por webmail me sale un error diciendo "Connection dropped by IMAP server." revisando los logs tengo:

corrí el siguiente comando # /etc/init.d/courier-authdaemond restart
pero nada el problema persiste, ya he intentado casi de todo hasta hice un # perl ispcp-upgrade para restaurar la configuración pero nada.

si alguien tiene una idea de como solucionarlo bienvenida ésta sea y de antemano gracias. espero pronto poner este tema [solved]
