how do the 3 key files look like?

2 * ispcp-db-keys.pl
1 * ispcp-db-keys.php

like this:
$main::db_pass_key = '{KEY}';
$main::db_pass_iv = '{IV}';

resp.
$ispcp_db_pass_key = '{KEY}';
$ispcp_db_pass_iv = '{IV}';

or with some values (32 resp. 8 chars) instead of the {...}

Maybe you need to get the old key files from the backup and put them in the right places (watch the permissions)...
