[Solved] Editing Suhosin Values

So, I need to edit a couple things so that my forum software will stop spitting out errors. Problem is, there are no Suhosin values in the php.ini file for my domain. There are in the one in /etc/php5 (or whatever it is, can't remember off the top of my head) but editing them does nothing. So, what should I do?

Edit: Solved it by adding the suhosin values to the php.ini for my domain.
