policyd-weight configuration problems can't recieve incomming emails

I figured out a behaviour:
if there are points from at least one of the dnsbl - then further checks are done with the name etc - which fails for many forwarded mails...
Most time it's the ipv6 dnsbl thing - that's why I commented out.

I made this my new conf file but no luck and of course restarted postfix and policyd too. I ended up having to add them into the policyd_whitelist_recipient file and postmap it. I would love to not have to do that any other suggestions?
