preinstallation & domain

Dear ispCP community,

Sorry for my knowledge and English. There are 2 parts that I don't understand.

Do I need to setup a proper domain (complete working domain including bind dns) before I'm going to install ispCP?

If I don't need to setup proper DNS, what function do I have to use in domain panel? Does Full Qualified Domain Name work with private name server?

I bought domain from Godaddy. So please kindly show me a way to fix those problems. Thank you so much.
