When upgrading from 1.0.5 to 1.0.7 i never get to courier screen or postfix

i got past the previous issue and the upgrade process started but i got failed on

Code:

and the log file says:

i tried to change user and password by following this http://isp-control.net/ispcp/wiki/howto_dbchangepw didnt help though...

what to do?
