Internal Server Error 500 bei PHP Dateien

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe Probleme bei einigen Benutzern php Dateien aufzurufen, obwohl laut ispCP php enabled ist.

Wenn ich in die Logs schaue, sehe ich Berechtigungsfehler. Ich habe aber nur den User vu2006 im besagten Webspace. Die vu2009 existiert gar nicht mehr..

Kann mir jemand helfen?
