I resolved issue:

Search and edit next file:
/etc/apache2/mods-enabled/fcgid_ispcp.conf

and below line:
<IfModule mod_fcgid.c>

add:
FcgidMaxRequestLen 107374182400

And then restart service apache:

Code:

service apache2 restart
