SASL Authentication - lost connection after EHLO

*maybe* otrs uses a method which postfix/sasl cannot understand - but propagate it...

try setting in /etc/postfix/sasl/smtpd.conf:

mech_list: LOGIN PLAIN

and if it works, you may add one method after another:

mech_list: DIGEST-MD5 CRAM-MD5 LOGIN PLAIN

where only NTLM is missing to the original list...

I noticed that NTLM is propagated but was never understood...
