1.) Why not Rolleyes

I think that it should work. But when you use webmin for creating domains or something - im not sure. But to manage some the Server it should work.

2.) You can download the 2.4.8RC1 from the SVN. Omega is still in development

The theme looks very good in my eyes. Should also be in Omega with a Template Changer (Theme switch) to select the templates.
