Ok, but there is a problem if you want to create the table structure: the sql dump semms not to work.

Can you post the configuration of mysql (/etc(/mysql)/my.cnf - without comments or passwords...
maybe MyISAM is deactivated???? I dunno...

Maybe you can try to create the adminttable by copying the "Create table admin.." block into phpMyAdmin - and then change one or another thing.
