Good, so the make install is OK.
Did you also this step ?
Code:
cp -Rv /tmp/ispcp-1.0.0/* /
As you can see every file from /tmp/ispcp-1.0.0/ it copied to "/" so there should be a main.cf and master.cf when they are in your "/tmp/ispcp-1.0.0/etc/ispcp/postfix/" folder Rolleyes
