Chkconfig is installed on every redhat system but the startupscript doesn't support check config ...
use these startup scripts:
http://mirrors.penguinfriends.org/ISPCP/...cp_network
http://mirrors.penguinfriends.org/ISPCP/...pcp_daemon

They support chkconfig
chkconfig --levels 3 6 ispcp_daemon on && chkconfig --levels 3 6 ispcp_network on
