repl_tag() | ERROR: Undefined rwith! after putting custom.conf.tpl in apache dir

the rwith error sounds like a missing variable in /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf - have a look at the one for debian.

Found some additionals in the /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf and add those to mine. This improved. But there where still errors.
Added to ispcp.conf:

CMD_CHMOD = /bin/chmod
CMD_SHELL = /bin/bash

APACHE_CUSTOM_SITES_CONFIG_DIR = /etc/apache2/ispcp

Had to fix those too:
Not made during install: the /var/www/scoreboard dir - created
Not made during install: the /etc/apache2/ispcp dir - created

After a restart of all, it worked.
Thanks for pointing this out to me! This way i solved a lot of issues here :-)
