Ok, the problem seems to be the name resolution inside your local network.

You either can tell your Router to also use the ispcp server as DNS, or maybe you can setup the router to resolve the 2 or 3 names you are using on the ispcp server or you have to add the names on the ispcp server to the local host file (if you only use one pc to access the ispcp).

If this is set, then you should be able to ping to admin.debian.local and you should get an answer from the 10.0.0.5.
