Problem - followed the installation guide

OS: debian etch
runnign on a VPS
followed: http://www.isp-control.net/documentation...ion/debian

Got to # perl ./ispcp-setup with out a problem.

Then this happens after.
Please enter system SQL user. [root]:

Can't open '/dev/tty' read/write: No such device or address at /usr/share/perl5/Term/ReadPassword.pm line 52, <STDIN> line 6.

how do I fix it?
