Here is html error source code when i browsing http://www.isp-control.net/forum
first it still put VHCS ERROR instead ISPCP, second since mostly everyday i open this site, once or twince i will get this result, the solution is simple right now just reload it. May be http://www.isp-control.net server need some tweeking
