In welcher Datei kann ich die Dateigrösse für Anhänge im Webmail ändern?

Das habe ich schon angepasst und apache restart:
post_max_size 8M
memory_limit 128M
upload_max_filesize 12M

Da steht immer noch max. 2MB
Ich habe hier ein Problem mit einem Kunden, dem ich vor dem Update 5MB zugesagt habe ...
