ispCP install auf Debian 4 (etch)

sorry und danke erstmal für die antworten ...
bei make install erscheint die Fehlermeldung "make:*** Keine Regel, um install zu erstellen " wo muss ich regeln fuer install erstellen oder was hab ich falsch gemacht ?

sieht also so aus:
