Ja - habe es in der /etc/init.d/apache2 auf sleep = 3 geändert.
mal testen ...

6:35 Uhr
/etc/init.d/apache2 stop

6:36 Uhr
/etc/init.d/apache2 start

damit ist er aber immer eine minute down... also eine minute ausfall ...
