Problem admin_functions

I have this error :
Notice: Undefined variable: cfg in /var/www/ispcp/gui/include/admin-functions.php on line 2240

This is the line :
if (isset($_SESSION['user_theme'])) {
$theme = $_SESSION['user_theme'];
} else {
$theme = $cfg['USER_INITIAL_THEME'];
}

What is the problem ?
