Hast du mit dotdeb-php ggf. auch courier von dort bezogen - afaik wird das dort auch angeboten. Such mal in der /etc/courier/authdaemonrc die Zeile

authmodulelist="authuserdb authpam"

bzw. original ist nur das authpam drin, was für ispcp nicht reicht.
